    A recipe my aunt made for years and a family favorite.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large cucumbers, I prefer English cucumbers
    • 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream
    • black pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers, seeds can be removed if you prefer.
    2. In a medium bowl add cucumber slices and sour cream. Mix well to combine and season with black pepper.
    3. Serve immediately or can be refrigerated until chilled.
