    Tart Shells:
    2 cups flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup shortening
    4 tbsp. ice water

    Filling:
    1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup corn syrup
    1/4 cup shortening
    1 egg,slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup raisins

    Prepare pastry recipe,roll out thinly on lightly floured surface.Cut into rounds with 4 inch cutter to fit into medium size muffin pan.
    P.S. I use store bought Tart Shell

    Filling: Combine all ingredients except raisins;mix well.Put some raisins in each tart shell,dividing evenly.Fill 2/3 full with syrup mixture.Bake on middle shell at 425 deg. oven for about 12 minutes.
