    Strawberry Rhubard Pie

    1 egg
    3 tbsp all purpose flour
    1 cup granulated sugar
    3 cups rhubarb, cut in short pieces
    1 cup fresh sliced strawberries

    pastry for a 2 crust pie
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp granulated sugar



    Recipe



    Beat egg in large bowl. Mix in flour. Add first amount of sugar. Stir well.
    Add rhubarb & strawberries. Stir.
    Roll pastry. Line 9 inch pie plate. Turn fruit mixture into pie shell.
    Moisten pastry rim. Place crust over top. Trim & crimp to seal. Cut vents in top.
    Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45 min. until browned and fruit is cooked.
