1 can (10 oz/284 mL) Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth with Garlic & Herbs
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) uncooked instant rice
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped green onions
1/4 cup (50 mL) diced celery
2 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) diced cooked chicken
Soya sauce (optional)
Recipe
Bring condensed broth to boil; stir in rice. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in fry pan and cook green onions and celery until tender-crisp.
Add eggs and mix with other ingredients until cooked.
Add chicken and rice; stir and heat through. Accent with Soya sauce, if desired.
