    8 slices of egg bread - 1 inch thick
    60 ml milk
    1/2 teaspoon of cinammon ground
    2 pinches of salt
    2 pinches of sugar
    Dipping Oats 300 grams rolled oats
    200 grams brown sugar
    pinch of clove ground
    30 grams ground cinammon


    Recipe



    Blend ingredients for 'dipping oats' well together
    Dip sliced bread in egg wash, transfer to oat mix and pan sear in safflower or vegetable oil
    4 minutes each side on medium heat
    Serve with Fruit or Berry Compote or Maple Syrup.
