    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine, cut up
    3 c. bread flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 t. salt
    1-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Add first 7 ingredients to a 1-1/2 to 2 pound machine according to manufacturers instructions. Select dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine. Punch down. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll each half into a 12-inch circle. Brush each circle with half of the margarine. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Starting at the wide end of each wedge, loosely roll toward the point. Place rolls, point down, 2 to 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Cover; let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until nearly double.

    Bake in a 375° F. oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from baking sheet and cook on wire racks.

    Yields: 16 servings
