    1(14 ounce) package flaked coconut
    1(14 once) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º . In a large bowl combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk and extracts; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfulls onto aluminum foil-lined and generously greased baking sheets; garnish as desired. Bake eight to ten or until lightly browned around edges.
    Immediatly remove from baking sheets (macaroons will stick if allowed to cool). Store loosly covered at room temperature.

    Maple Walnut: Omit almond extract. add 1/2 cup finely chopped
    walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring. proceed as above.
