    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1 3-ounces pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 pkg. pond cake mix
    1 8-1/4-ounces can crushed pineapple,well drained

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl combine oil,eggs;blend in gelatin.Add half of the cake mix;beat at med.speed of mixer until fluffy.Add remaining cake mix;blend on low speed,scraping sides of bowl constantly.Stir in pineapple.Drop by tsp. 2 inch apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.Bake at 375 deg. for about 10 to 12 minutes.Cool 1-2 minutes;remove from cookie sheet.
    Make about 4 dozen.
