    4 cup peeled and diced apple
    2 cup sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 eggs,beaten
    2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cup chopped nut( optional

    Recipe



    Mix together and put in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
    Bake at a 350 deg. oven for about 1 hour.
