Apple Raisin Rum Cake

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar,packed
2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup milk
4 tablespoon rum extract
2 1/2 cup peeled and chopped apples
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nutsRecipe
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl,cream together the margarine,sugars until fluffy.Beat in the eggs one at a time.
In another bowl,sift the flour with the baking powder,salt,baking soda,cinnamon and nutmeg.Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk and rum extract to the sugar mixture.Add apples,raisins and nuts.Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean.
