1 pkg.(11-0z) butterscotch flavored morsel,divided
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugarRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Grease Bundt pan or round tube pan.
Microwave 1 1/3 cup morsel in med. microware-safe bowl on med.-high power for 1 minute;stir.Microwave a additional 10-20 second interval,stirring until smooth.
Combine cake mix,eggs,bananas,oil,water and sugar in a large mixer bowl.Beat on low speed until moistened.Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.Stir 2 cup batter into melted morsels.Alternately spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until pick inserted in the cake center come out clean.Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
Put on serving plate and cool completely.
Place remaining morsels in small heavy duty plastic bag.Microwave on med.high power for 30 seconds;knead.Microwave a additional 10-20 seconds intervals,kneading until smooth.Cut tiny corner from bag;squeeze to drizzle over cake.
