    2 1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup oil
    1 1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. water
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Preheat the oven to 325 deg. Grease 9 by 9 glass pan.In a bowl,mix together the flour,sugar and salt. measure 1/2 cup of this mixture and reserve.Add buttermilk,oil and egg to the flour mixture.Stir until moistened.Dissolve baking soda in water and add to the flour mixture.Stir gently and fold in the blueberries.Spread evenly in the prepared pan.Add pecans and cinnamon to the reserve dry ingredients,sprinkle over the top.Bake at 325 deg. oven for 45 minutes or until inserted wooden pick come out clean.
