    1 Spice cake mix box
    1 cup water
    1 egg,lightly beaten
    1 cup shredded carrots
    3/4 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 deg. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl;stir with a whisk until blended.Add carrots and raisins,stir well.Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan that was coated with cooking spray;sprinkle walnuts over batter.Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.Cool in pan.
