List of Ingredients

1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2ggs
2 cup cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup raisin
3/4 cup brewed coffee


Recipe

Creamed oil and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition.Sift dry ingredients and spices;add brewed coffee and dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture,begining and ending with the flour mixture.Mix well.Bake one hour or until a tester inserted into center of cake comes out clean and dry.Remove from oven and invert into wire rack to cool.
