    Pineapple Oatmeal Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cup flour, sifted
    1 cup quick oats
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 1/4 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup shortening
    2 eggs
    1 can (8 ¼ oz) crushed pineapple
    3 tbsp water

    Recipe



    Combine the above ingredients in a bowl. Blend at low speed
    1/2 minutes until all is moistened. Then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

    Bake in 9 inch square pan, greased and lined with waxed paper,at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn out on rack. Serve with whipped cream or any dessert topping.
