Rhubard Cake

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup chopped rhubard
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs,beaten
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
6 tbsp. margarine
1 cup coconut
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped nutsRecipe
Combine rhubard and 1/2 cup sugar set aside.
Mix flour,sugar,oil,eggs,sour milk,baking soda,cinnamon and vanilla. Add rhubard and stir well.Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 deg. oven for about 1 hour or test with toothpick.
Mix topping ingredient together in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes.Pour on warm cake.
