    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin powder,3 0z
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup mashed strawberry,fresh or frozen

    Strawberry Icing
    1/2 cup margarine
    16-oz icing sugar
    1/4 cup mashed strawberry

    Recipe



    Combine cake mix and gelatin powder in a large bowl.Beat in oil,eggs,water and strawberry.Pour into 2 round cake pan that been greased and floured.Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 30 minutes or tooth pick come out clean when inserted in the middle.Cool and frost with strawberry icing.

    Strawberry Icing
    Mix margarine and icing sugar together until smooth.Add strawberries.Spread between cake layers,then frost top and sides.
