1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (10-1/2 oz. can) condensed chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 small onion chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup frozen green peas
2 cups Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken; cook until browned on both sides. Remove chicken, add chicken broth and water to skillet, stir. Bring to boil. Stir in onions, mushrooms, peas, and rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Serving suggestion: Serve with crisp green salad and hot crusty rolls.
