    1/2 Cup margarine
    1-1/2 Cup brown sugar
    1/2 Cup peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2/3 Cup milk
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 Cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder

    Recipe



    Cream margarine, add brown sugar, continue creaming. Add peanut butter and cream well. Add vanilla and eggs beating well. In another bowl, add sifted flour with salt and baking powder. Alternately add dry mixture and and milk to batter.
    Bake in paper-lined muffin tins at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Frost with any chocolate frosting.
