    2 cup cooked meat,finely ground
    1 cup cold mashed potatoes
    1 medium onion,finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg,beaten
    3/4 cup cracker crumbs
    oil for frying

    Recipe



    Lightly mix all ingredients except oil.Form into 8 cakes and fry in oil until well browned on both sides.
    Serve with catsup.
