    1 cup canned tuna
    1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
    1 cup mashed potatoes
    1 egg,beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine to fry

    Recipe



    Mix the potatoes and fish together until well blended.Add the crumbs,egg,salt and pepper.Shape into 9 cakes.Melt margarine in skillet.Slowly fry cakes on both sides to golden brown
