    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    3 ripe bananas,mashed
    Miniature semi-sweet chocolate chip,chopped nuts and maraschino cherries

    Recipe



    Mix flour,sugar,baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat egg in a small bowl,stir in the Dressing.
    Add to flour mixture,stir just until moistened.
    Stir in bananas.
    Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin pan,filling each cup almost full.
    Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
    Bake in a preheated 375 deg. oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven,press 1 cherry into each muffin.
    Make 12 muffins
