Meat Filled Jumbo Shells

1 pkg Jumbo pasta shells
1 ½ - 2 lbs ground beef, pork, turkey, tuna
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 cups: shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp dry parsley flakes
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic salt
spaghetti sauce






Recipe



Heat oven to 375.

Cook pasta like normal, drain.

In a large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is cooked thru and the onion is translucent. Drain the oil from it.

In a large mixing bowl mix, the meat mixture, mozzarella cheese,1/4cup of the parmesan, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic salt.

Fill each cooked shell with mixture.

Put about 1/2 cup of sauce in bottom of baking dish.

Place however many stuffed shells you want to cook on top of sauce and cover shells in more sauce.

Cover with foil and bake about 40 minutes. Top with more parmesan and serve.
