    Good Old Fashioned Carrot Cake...

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    2 cups brown sugar
    3 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup chopped walnuts (optional: raisens, coconut)
    4 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup oil
    3 cups grated carrot

    Recipe



    Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add 1 cup oil and beaten eggs then grated carrot and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into baking tin. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
