List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger meat
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 package crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour in shaking bag
- 2 packages chicken (OR) beef gravy (OR) 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- vegetable oil (about 1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Mix hamburger, egg, onion, celery and crackers together like a meat loaf. Shape into patties. In a large skillet place vegetable oil. Fry patties on m edium til browned about 10 minutes.
- Mix gravy or soup with water as stated on package directions and add to patties. Simmer til gravy or soup is warmed. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
