    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1 jar salsa
    • stuffing mix


    Instructions


    1. Knead together meat, stuffing, egg, add just enough salsa to mix.

    2. Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for one hour or til done.
