Bread, Cake Mix Applesauce Loaf

List of Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O vanilla
flavored instant pudding
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. chopped raisins



Recipe

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
