• 1 cup or 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
  
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
  
• 1 yellow cake mix
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Mix together all ingredients for 1 minute stop mixer and scrape sides of bowl, mix for another 2 minutes. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch bread pans. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes on center rack in oven side by side.
