Cornbread Stuffing

- turkey broth
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- onion
- 1 teaspoon sage
- salt & pepper to taste
- pan of cornbread, prepared
- 1 small onion, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare cornbread according to package directions, bake and cool. Crumble cornbread and place into baking dish, cover with enough broth to make bread soggy, add eggs, celery, salt, onions, sage and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Last few minutes remove foil to allow dressing to brown on top.
