List of Ingredients



• 2 tbsp butter
  
• 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  
• 3 small to medium sized potatoes,diced leave skin on
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1/4 tsp pepper
  
• 1/4 tps garlic salt
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter in frying pan stir in onions to saute til golden then add potatoes and seasonongs stir and fry until potatoes are tender and brown
