    List of Ingredients


    • three or four fried sausage patties
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • milk


    Instructions


    1. First fry up sausage patties, leave grease in the skillet and crumble up the sausage. Add flour to the skillet and mix into the grease with a fork til flour looks like a paste. Add half a skillet of milk and stir with a fork to blend milk in with the paste mixture. Bring to a boil then simmer til gravy thickens.
