List of Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup white karo syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups peanut butter
- quick chocolate dip
Instructions
- Boil sugar, water and syrup until mixture reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer, spray skillet with Pam, spread peanut butter around sides and bottom of the skillet.
- After syrup mixture reaches crack stage pour into skillet. Mix with wooden spoon.
- Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie pan. Score pieces with a knife several times, when cooled, dip pieces into chocolate place on wax paper and allow to set up.
