Chicken Broccoli Crescent Bake

- 3 ounces Cream cheese Softened
- 10 ounces broccoli, frozen chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons ripe olives chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt if desired
- Pepper
- 2 cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescents
- 1-1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, blend cream cheese and soup until smooth, stir in chicken, broccoli, olives, onion, salt and pepper.
- Unroll one can of rolls into 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Firmly press perforations together. Place half of chicken mixture over each rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese over each. (I mix the cheese in with the other ingredients) Unroll other can of dough into 2 long rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Press or roll to form 13 x 5 inch rectangle of each half. Place over cheese and press edges with fork to seal. Bake at 350 for 22 to 28 minutes or until browned deeply. Cool for 5 minutes; slice and serve.
