    Chicken Broccoli Crescent Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 ounces Cream cheese Softened
    • 10 ounces broccoli, frozen chopped
    • 2 cups cooked chicken
    • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
    • 3 tablespoons ripe olives chopped
    • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt if desired
    • Pepper
    • 2 cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescents
    • 1-1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, blend cream cheese and soup until smooth, stir in chicken, broccoli, olives, onion, salt and pepper.
    2. Unroll one can of rolls into 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Firmly press perforations together. Place half of chicken mixture over each rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese over each. (I mix the cheese in with the other ingredients) Unroll other can of dough into 2 long rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Press or roll to form 13 x 5 inch rectangle of each half. Place over cheese and press edges with fork to seal. Bake at 350 for 22 to 28 minutes or until browned deeply. Cool for 5 minutes; slice and serve.
