    List of Ingredients


    • 4 medium sized potatoes,diced
    • onion, diced
    • 2 carrots, diced
    • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
    • butter, melted
    • cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. In a small amount of salted water, simmer a coarsley shredded head of cabbage until tender. In another medium sized sauce pan using a minimum of water boil together potatoes, onion and carrots.
    2. Drain all vegetables. Combine mash, season and blend together with melted butter. Place into a buttered casserole dish. Grate a layer of cheese over top of vegetable mixture. Heat in oven at 350 degrees.
