List of Ingredients
- 4 medium sized potatoes,diced
- onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- butter, melted
- cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a small amount of salted water, simmer a coarsley shredded head of cabbage until tender. In another medium sized sauce pan using a minimum of water boil together potatoes, onion and carrots.
- Drain all vegetables. Combine mash, season and blend together with melted butter. Place into a buttered casserole dish. Grate a layer of cheese over top of vegetable mixture. Heat in oven at 350 degrees.
