List of Ingredients



• 3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  
• 1/3 cup milk or half and half
  
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• TOPPING:
  
• 1 cup light brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup plain flour
  
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
  
• 1 cup chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. P our into buttered casserole dish. Top with topping misture.
   
2. for topping: Mix together ingredients with fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
