List of Ingredients
- Cube Steak, cooked and cut into strips or chunks
- 1 bag frozen country style cubed potatoes or 4 medium fresh potatoes, peeled, washed, cubed, cooked
- 1 to 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 to 2 cans of Mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13-baking dish with cooking spray.
- If using the frozen cubed potatoes place them in the prepared baking dish and heat in microwave for 10 minutes
- If using fresh potatoes, peel them, wash and cube them and boil in water til tender and then place into prepared baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook steak until brown. Drain, cut into chunks or strips
- In a medium size bowl mix cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms together til blended.
- Place mushroom mixture overtop potatoes and spread mozzarella cheese overtop.
- Add steak overtop mushroom mixture and sprinkle cheddar cheese overtop.
- Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, until mixture is hot and bubbly.
