Broccoli Cheese Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1-20 oz package frozen broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
- 8 oz jar of cheez whiz
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Stir rice into 1 cup of boiling water add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Boil til done. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
- Thaw and cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Slightly saute onion and celery in butter. Combine soup with cheez whiz and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish sprinkle top with shredded cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees til mixture is bubbly and cheese has melted.
