    List of Ingredients


    • 4 small or 2 large boxes of peach jello
    • 7 cups water (dissolve in 4 hot-add 3 cold)
    • 1 large can of peaches ( I use the ones in heavy syrup)
    • 1 medium can of crushed pineapple
    • 2 large bananas (sliced-dip in liemon jice to keep from turning black)
    • Topping:
    • 1/2 cup of peach juice (saved from peaches)
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 2 tablespoons self rising flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 well beaten egg


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredints for jello and place in oblong baking dish.
    2. Cook all topping ingredients together on low heat until thick. Soften 8 ounce cream cheese and mix in the topping mixture. Refrigerate until Cool. Then add 1 cup of cool whiop and spread on congealed jello. Can be topped with crushed nuts.
