Christmas Peanut Butter Roll Candy

• 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  
• cream
  
• peanut butter
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  






Instructions



1. Mix sugar, cream and vanilla together by hand, may need to add more cream to get mixture to dough consistency. Shape into a ball. Roll out flat on wax paper dusted with confectioners' sugar. Spread on peanut butter, roll candy long edge to long edge. Slice into 1" pieces.
