- 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1-4 oz instant pistachio pudding mix
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 can cream cheese frosting
- green colored sugar
Instructions
- Grease muffin cups set aside. In a large bowl stir together flour, pudding mix, the 3/4 cup chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl combine beaten eggs milk, oil and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture. Fill cups 2/3 full and bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with green sugar and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips.
