Spaghetti Sauce - Carol's

List of Ingredients
- 4 lbs. ground chuck
- 3/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons celery flakes
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- italian seasoning to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 large cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 large can (15 oz) tomato paste
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
Instructions
- Brown the ground chuck in a large skillet til brown, drain fat.
- Once drained place ground chuck in a large saucepan.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
- Serve with pasta of choice.
