List of Ingredients
- 2 (9 inch) regular 2 cup volume pie shells, Unbaked
- 2 eggs
- 3-1/4 cups (30 ounce) can Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells.
- Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until pies test done.
- Serve immediately or chill. Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.
