    List of Ingredients


    • 3 or 4 fried sausage patties
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons of bisquick
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • milk


    Instructions


    1. First fry up sausage patties, leave grease in the skillet and crumble up the sausage. Add bisquick to the skillet and mix bisquick into the grease with a fork til flour looks like a paste. Add half a skillet of milk and stir with a fork to blend milk in with the paste mixture, add seasonings. Stir with a fork until well blended, this prevents lumps. Bring to a boil then simmer til gravy thickens.
