Pea Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 1-10 oz package frozen peas, cooked & drained
- bacon bits, sprinkle on top
- 2 teaspoons sugar, sprinkle on top
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 head of lettuce
Instructions
- Fill a large bowl 1/2 full of lettuce. Add items in layers. Do not toss til ready to serve. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
