Egg Salad

List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs, boiled & peeled
- 2 large tablespoons mayo
- 1 large tablespoon pickle relish
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Boil eggs til done, cool and peel. Mash eggs with a fork add salt, mayo, mustard and pickle relish to the egg mixture and mix well. Serve on bread.
