Beer Chili

List of Ingredients
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can-28 oz whole tomatoes in juice
- 1 can-12 oz regular or non alcohol beer
- 2 cans-15-16 oz each red kidney beans
Instructions
- In a large saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, over medium heat, cook onions and garlic. Add beef; cook over high heat, stirring frequently. Stir in salt, pepper, chili powder, hot pepper, cumin, tomatoes and beer; bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat; stir in beans. Heat til beans are warmed.
