    List of Ingredients


    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
    • 1 pound ground chuck
    • 1/2 Cup tomato juice
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
    • 1/2 tsp. Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in oil until it begins to brown. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add meat, stirring constantly with a fork to keep it crumbly.


    2. When meat is brown, add all remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until dry -- about 15-20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
