    Beef & Vegetable Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can mixed vegetables
    • 1 large can tomato juice
    • 3 potatoes, cubed
    • 1 lb. ground beef or left over shredded roast beef
    • 1/2 box macaroni
    • worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Wash, peel and cube potatoes; add to a large sauce pan and cover with enough water to boil. In a separate pan boil 1/2 box macaroni til tender. In a skillet brown beef and drain. When potaotes are tender add ground beef to the potato broth mixture. Next add cooked and drained macaroni. Pour in 1/2 of the tomato juice and mixed vegetables, worcestershire sauce and cook on medium add reserved tomato juice towards the end of cooking so macaroni does not absorb all of it.
