Chili Beans - Slow Cooked

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck beef
- 1-1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic or 1 garlic clove cut up
- 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
- 2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Brown ground chuck, add onion, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, beans, salt, chili powder, pepper. Stir to mix. Cover and simmer at medium for 7 to 10 hours. Keep warm on low. Great for the crock pot.
