    1 lb. HOT pork sausage
    1-10 oz. can diced tomatoes w/gr. chilies
    8 oz. cream cheese, softned
    3/4 C. shr. sharp cheddar cheese
    Corn Chips

    Recipe



    Cook sausage, drain well.
    Drain cn. tomatoes, reserve 1/4 C. juice

    Stir together sausage, tomatoes, and reserved juice with the cream cheese. Spoon into a pam sprayed 1 qt. baking dish; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350' 20-25 min. or till bubbly.
    Serve with corn chips

    Makes 10-12 appitizer servings
